HP Recommended

When pressing the Join button from the RealPresence it dials the Conference ID insteads of the audio conference number which results in a failed call.

 

I am running version6.1.7, the dialing preferences are set to SIP and H.323 is disabled.

 

 

All System Diagnostic Statuses are green for

-Microsoft Server

-Presence Server

-IP Network

-SIP Registrar Server

-Calendaring Service

 

Any help would be appreciated.
