I have had this exact configuration working for some time now (Teams Only) mode. Be aware that there still seem to be some issues (bugs) but for the most part it works well. 

 

If the setting to switch to Teams-Only mode is not available in the admin drop down, you can still change the setting via Powershell, using the Skype for Business Online Powershell module and the command is:

 

Grant-CsTeamsUpgradePolicy -PolicyName UpgradeToTeams

 

This will ensure that all calls are routed to the Teams app client for your organization.
