HP Recommended

I have deployed Poly Trio C60 with Lenovo Think smart Core PC with USB 3.0 active extender cable 10m. However, the Trio C60 connection is not stable. Do you guys have any solution to this problem?

Unfortunately, your post does not contain the currently used software version for the HP Poly product you are using. I would request that you contact HP Support, and our support engineers should be able to sort this out.
