Operating System: Android 9.0 Pie

Hi Experts

 

Have recently bought a HP Pendrive v.236w thru online to store the data by transferring it from mobile to free up the mobile space/storage.  Understand it's not supporting i.e. not deducted at all in Samsung Android Smart phones M12 & M31. In fact I have  tried with both small & long OTG cable but negative. However I tried with Scandisk Pendrive which is deducted quickly in Samsung Phones.  Please assist whether the above said HP Pendrive only supports in Desktop Computer / laptop only.
