HP Recommended

When used on windows 11 machines, the Blackwire 3320 microphone quality is limited to 16000 Hz at most "Tape Recorder Quality".

 

I have run updates on windows, Dell and Plantronics own Poly Lens software. However the limitation still persists. Is there a way to change this software limitation for this headset?
