Product: Blackwire 3325 USB-C

For the third time within a half year usage the microphone of the Blackwire 3325 USB-C stopped working.

Is this not-working as designed?

I am professionally depending on this device, am I the only one experiencing the same issues?

Are you collectiing the device? If not, where do I have to send it to?
