poly voyager 4320 series

Hello,

I'm using a Poly Voyager 4320 headset with the BT700 USB dongle on my HP ProDesk, and I'm experiencing a microphone issue. Whenever I use it—whether in a browser mic test or while playing a game like Valorant—I hear my own voice playing back in real time (loopback), with a slight robotic delay.

I've already updated:

  • Headset firmware: 0.0.2134.3260

  • Poly Lens software: 2.2.0.3547

I haven’t tested the headset on another device yet, but I’d like your help in checking whether this issue might be caused by the audio drivers, Bluetooth configuration, or any HP-specific software settings.

Thank you for your assistance.

Best regards,

edit : i just realised it's a feature called sidetone , is there a way to really disable it not just make it low ??
