HP Recommended

If I mute my headset while using my Blackwire 5220 with a web-based app like Google Voice, it cannot be unmuted.  Clicking the button or using Plantronics Hub to unmute it results in it immediately muting again.  I've tried unplugging the headset and waiting a while and plugging it back in, but the problem persists until I've restarted the computer.
