To,
HP Customer Support
Respected Sir/Madam,
We purchased multiple HP headphones which unfortunately stopped working, and we submitted them along with the purchase bills to your authorized service center Edited for replacement.
Details of submission are as follows:
  • 02/07/2025 – Submitted 2 headphones for replacement.
  • 03/09/2025 – Submitted 7 headphones for replacement.
However, till date, we have not received any proper resolution or replacement. Whenever we contact Skylark Services, their only response is that "the concerned person is on leave," and no further support is provided. This lack of response and delay is causing inconvenience and reflects poorly on the service standards of an HP authorized center.
We attach the receipts for your reference.
We request your urgent intervention to resolve this matter at the earliest and ensure that the replacement of the headphones is processed without further delay.
Kindly look into this issue and provide us with a prompt update.
i already rise a ticket but it not solved -Edited
