Voyager FOCUS2 M

We use several Voyager Focus 2 headsets in a corporate environment.
The desktop application is distributed centrally and has been set to loginless.
The LAN infrastructure works via proxy.
All necessary approvals for communication ports and protocols have been set up in the data center.
Up to Lens App version 1.5.1, the dongles and headsets were recognized correctly and could also be configured easily.
With the version jump to 2.x, both the installation path of the app has changed, but worst of all, the desktop app no longer logs into the cloud properly.
Unfortunately, the changelog is very rudimentary in these points.
Who can help me?
