Buonasera,

è possibile disabilitare la voce quando si clicca sul pulsante per attivare/disattivare l'audio? E' fastidioso e copre la voce se uno è in chiamata.

Grazie

Good evening,

Is it possible to disable the voice when clicking the button to activate/deactivate the audio? It's annoying and drowns out the voice if one is on a call.

Thank you

Thank you for the response @Samuele13

I understand that you'd like to disable the voice alerts on your headset when muting and unmuting, and I’d be happy to assist you with this.

Please follow these steps to disable the alerts:

  1. Open the Poly Lens application on your PC and connect the headset.
  2. Navigate to the Poly Lens settings.
  3. Select "Notification and Device Alerts."
  4. Toggle the "Device Alert" button to disable it.

If the issue persists after following these steps, I kindly recommend reaching out to our HP Support team. Our support engineers will be happy to assist further and resolve the issue. You can contact HP Support by clicking on the link below:
