HP USB-CDOCK G5 - luz parpadea y no funciona

Buenos dias

tengo una dock station que cuando la conecto a la red electrica se queda la luz parpandeando y no funciona. Ya he realizado cambiar clableado de la misma con otra y sigue el mismo problema, me pueden indicar que puede ocurrir? se ha podido estropear y tiene garantia para poder reparar?

I have a dock station that, when I plug it into the power supply, the light keeps flashing and it doesn't work. I have already replaced the wiring with another one and the same problem persists. Can you tell me what might be wrong? Could it be damaged and is it under warranty so it can be repaired?
