How can I increase the volume of my headphones? I used some before and they were loud, but I bought some new Blackwire 3200 models and they don't sound as good.

Hi @Ale126, Welcome to Poly HP Support Community.

I’m really sorry to hear about the issue you’re experiencing with the Blackwire 3200 headset. I completely understand how important it is to have the headset working perfectly, and I’m here to help you through this.

Please follow these troubleshooting steps and test the headset.

  1. Check the 3.5mm connection: Ensure the 3.5mm connector is securely and perfectly connected to the headset controller.
  2. Adjust the volume: Make sure the volume is properly adjusted on both the headset controller and in the sound settings on your PC, setting it to your preferred level.
  3. Update the firmware: If the issue persists, please verify and update the headset firmware using the Poly Lens application on your PC.
  4. Reset the headset: You can also try resetting the headset through the Poly Lens application on your PC.

If the issue still isn't resolved after following these steps, I recommend reaching out to HP Support. Our support engineers should be able to assist you further. You can contact HP Support by clicking on the following link.
