How do I  adjust side tone on Poly Voyager Focus 2 using Poly Lens? I can't hear my voice and end up talk too loudly. Thank you

Hello @jalt1, Welcome to the HP Poly Support Community.

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding the Poly Voyager Focus 2.

We appreciate the opportunity to assist you and are glad we could help work toward a resolution. We hope our support has been valuable.

The sidetone feature on the Poly Voyager Focus 2 cannot be completely disabled; however, it can be adjusted to low, medium, or high levels through the Poly Studio application.

We recommend reviewing other audio settings within the Poly Studio app such as noise cancellation or audio EQ adjustments—as these may help refine your overall listening experience.

Hello Meghana_10 - Thank you for responding. I found the side-tone setting but not the noise cancellation or audio EQ adjustments. Where are those?

Thank you so much for the update @jalt1

Please adjust the Sidetone feature according to the requirements and noise cancellation can be set to high or low on the headset.

Have a great day!
