Hello, @Raphanet, and welcome to the HP Poly community.
The ear cushions of the Plantronics Blackwire C5220 headset can be easily removed by slowly pulling the cushions out of the speaker and replace the new cushions the same way back to the speaker.
I hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance. If you find the information provided useful or solves your problems, help other users find the solution more easily by giving Kudos/Thumbs Up and marking my post as an Accepted Solution.

specifically for Poly C5220
Is there a video that shows changing of these AirPods? Has anyone been able to change the ear pads successfully? I don’t think just pulling out the leather ear pads helps in any way
