Hi! I've just bought a Blackwire 5220 USD A headset. I am trying to download the hub software to remove the "mute on/off" and volume notifications. When I enter the serial unmber (6-digit code next to S/N), the website (https://support.hp.com/uy-es/poly) says the number is incorrect.

 

What am I doing wrong? It's a shame because the headset is amazing but the notifications are really annoying. Thanks

Hello Lourdes9, welcome to the HP Poly community.
I am sorry to hear that you are facing this issue with the Poly Blackwire 5220 headset.
Please try installing the Plantronics Hub application from the link mentioned below.

https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/ish_9728794-9728758-16
Once installed from the link please connect the headset and check for any firmware updates and then go to the settings option and do the necessary changes.
