Issue with Headphone poly V4320 as it is capturing lot of background noise

I’m sorry to hear about the issue you're experiencing with the Voyager 4320 headset. I understand how important it is to have the headset working properly, and I’m here to assist you in resolving this.

 

Please follow the troubleshooting steps below to test the headset:

 

  1. Verify and update the headset firmware using the Poly Lens application on your PC.
  2. Ensure that the headset is set as the default audio device both on the PC and the softphone.
  3. Connect the headset directly to the PC using the USB adapter, bypassing any docking stations.
  4. Reset the headset using the Poly Lens application.
