Poly blackwire 3320 USB headset, My poly blackwire 3320 doesnt unmute sometimes when I click the button once,  but I hear the unmute sound multiple times and I have to click it again before the sound stops and I am unmuted.

I’m truly sorry to hear about the challenges you’re experiencing with your headset. I understand how important it is for your headset to function properly, especially when you rely on it for your work.

 

To help get things back on track, I recommend trying a few troubleshooting steps:

 

1. Please verify and update the headset firmware using the Poly Lens application.
2. Ensure that the headset is set as the default device for both your PC and softphone.
3. If you haven’t done so already, kindly reset the headset using the Poly Lens application.
