Hi team,

I have a poly headset set which is given by my company(model: C5220). I really like the sound quality of this headset. The mic of my headset stopped working more than 1 year ago and I stopped using it. Yesterday I just realized that maybe it is still in coverage so I checked the serial number today and looks like the coverage expired on April 2nd. But considering the mic stopped working 1 year ago, could I return my current headset and get a new one?
