Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

When we are trying to connect the Practica headset with Dell latitude 5440 it stops working after some time. there are multiple scenarios like the time headset speakers not working, and some times microphone stops working intermittently, sometime headsets not detecting. We have tried to change the headset and laptop to the same model. But still, the issue persists. 

 

We have 500+ USB headsets in our organization and we can't simply change or purchase 500 headsets. Please provide us with any resolution for this issue.
