Plantronics 3220 series headset not working on my new windows 11 laptop.
Done an update on the plantronics hub. system is locating the headset but my recipients cant hear me. They say i sound like a robot and distorted. Please help

Hi @Tofunmi48, Welcome to the Poly HP Support Community. 

 

Kindly try to reset the headset using the poly lens application on your PC and test the headset.
Kindly verify the headset firmware and update if available using poly lens application
