Plantronics Audio 478
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a Plantronics Audio 478 that has worked wonderfully until today. Today, when I plugged it in for a meeting on Teams, I get no sound. Windows seems to think there are no speakers whatsoever (see 2nd image). It is listed as showing up in my Device Manager. If I go to Sound Settings, it shows up (see 1st image). Following the troubleshooting steps endemic to Windows 10 (64-bit) doesn't solve the problem. Following the troubleshooting steps on this support page doesn't solve the problem: https://support.poly.com/support/s/article/SF22723#:~:text=Plantronics%20USB%20Headset%20Troubleshoo... How do I get my headset to work again?

Currently, I can't even add this headset to my product list because it doesn't have a serial number, so fixing that on this site would also be appreciated.
