Plantronics Blackwire 3220 does not work with Goolgle Meet and other softwares

Hello everybody

I have an USB headset Plantronics Blacwire 3220 and a laptop running on Windows 11. Since a few days, the headset stopped working. It seems softwares do not allowed to use the microphone.

For example, when I try to use Google Meet, there is a message "it os not possible to access your microphone" and a link for configuration of the microphone privicy. I checked out all configuration about microphone permissions and other related configuration, but no success.

I also checked out the W11 is running on the latest updates. According to Plantronics Hub, Blackwire 3220 is running on the latest updates too. 

For a test, I connected another USB headset, from another manufacturer Called Felitron. With this headset, everything works fine.

Does anybody realize this kind of situation too?

Hello

As I said on the first post, according to Plantronics Hub, my headset is running with the latest version of firmware, v.222.

I get another headset, same model, and I connected it on my laptop. This headset was not with the latest version v.222, it had the version v210. With the headset running on version v.210, it worked very fine.

Therefore, I understand there a situation with the version v222 and W11.

Another information about this situation.

I checked out sound settings on W11, at System --> Sound --> All soud devices --> Properties --> Headset 3220 microphone.

With the headset running on version v.210 I have a setting as we can see on the snapshot v210.png attached.

With the headset running on version v.222 I do not have this setting as we can see on the snapshot v222.png attached.

With headset on version v.222 I do not have any option to set. And this is the problem as I understand.
