Blackwire 3325 USB-C
Microsoft Windows 11

I recently badly broke my wrist, requiring a full reconstruction of the rest of my dominant hand. But I have Dragon NaturallySpeaking Professional 15 and a Poly 3325 USB microphone. As recently as a month ago they worked together perfectly, but now they won’t connect. I can see the Poly in Control Panel/sound, but it’s not picking up any sound. And when I try to connect it to Dragon, it says that it can’t control it.

Has anybody else had this problem, and solved it? I can’t get any support, and in any case it would be the usual round-robin of blame: Poly => Nuance => Microsoft => poly => et cetera.

I have poly lens installed, and it shows that everything is working and up-to-date.

Hi @GTinOZ, Welcome to Poly HP Support Community.

Kindly follow few troubleshoot steps and test the headset.

Kindly verify the firmware of the headset using poly lens and update if available.

Kindly set the headset as the default under the PC and the softphone that you are using.
Please reset the headset using the poly lens application.

If the issue still persists, I would request that you contact HP Support, and our support engineers should be able to sort this out. HP Support can be reached by clicking on the following link:.
