poly blackwire 3310
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Good Afternoon, 

I am using a Poly Blackwire 3310 wired usb headset - It continuously beeps after making a phone call, or it will automatically put a call on hold when answered. I am using the combination of programs, webex and unity. 
I know the combination does work as it works on other stations in my control room. Does anyone know what kind of problems I need to look for with these headsets?

I’m truly sorry to hear about the issues you’re experiencing with your Blackwire 3310 headset. I understand how important it is to have your headset functioning properly, and I’m here to help you through this.

 

Please follow these troubleshooting steps to test your headset:

 

1. Verify and update the firmware of the headset using the Poly Lens application on your PC.

2. Set the headset as the default device under both your PC settings and any softphone applications you are using.

3. Reset the headset through the Poly Lens application.

4. Ensure that your softphone software and PC drivers are fully updated.
