Poly DA85
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

We have Voyager 4310 and 4320 wireless headsets as well as Poly DA85 adapters for wired headsets. Every once in a while, these devices will get stuck in a Mute state. We have rebooted the computers, as well as unplugged the adapters (both the bluetooth transceivers and the DA85 adapters) and moved them to different USB ports.

 

The only solution we seem to find is running the Poly Lens application and checking for and applying updates to get these devices to kick out of Mute. Is there another way to get these devices out of Mute without applying updates?

I am sorry to hear that you are facing this issue with the Poly Voyager 4310 and 4320. 
 

I recommend you update the headset firmware on the Poly Lens application, which fixes most of the issues, and also restore the headset settings to default. If the issue is still not resolved, I suggest you contact our technical support team so that they can assist you further.
