Hi @NB2390, Welcome to Poly HP Support Community.

I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing issues with your Voyager 5200 headset. I completely understand how important it is to have your headset working reliably, I'm here to help you get this resolved as smoothly as possible.

To begin, I kindly ask you to try the following troubleshooting steps:

  1. Firmware Update: If the headset powers on, please check for and install any available firmware updates using the Poly Lens application on your PC.
  2. Recharge the Headset: Allow the headset to fully discharge, then recharge it completely. This can help reset the battery cycle.
  3. Reset the Headset: Use the Poly Lens application to perform a headset reset, which can often resolve minor software issues.
  4. Check Charging Equipment: Try using a different charging cable and power adapter to rule out any potential issues with the current charging setup.

If the issue still persists, our HP Support and our support engineers should be able to sort this out. HP Support can be reached by clicking on the following link.

I hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance. If you find the information provided useful or solves your problems, help other users find the solution more easily by giving Kudos/Thumbs Up and marking my post as an Accepted Solution.
