- Recharge the Headset: Allow the headset to fully discharge, then recharge it completely. This can help reset the battery cycle.
- Reset the Headset: Use the Poly Lens application to perform a headset reset, which can often resolve minor software issues.
- Check Charging Equipment: Try using a different charging cable and power adapter to rule out any potential issues with the current charging setup.
