Savi 2200 Office
Microsoft Windows 11

I have a user with the Savi 2200 Office headset, he reports the headset doesn't work well with Teams or with the Cisco phone, I tried downloading the newest Poly Lens software, it will not complete the install, I downloaded and older version and the Plantronics Hub, neither will complete the install. Users have the ability to install software on their laptops so that does not seem to be the issue. The logs do not appear to point to an issue with the install. When I look at Task Manager there are background processes running but not using CPU, they are using memory but there is no indication the app is working. We eventually kill the task.

Thanks for the response. I resolved this the other day by moving the headset to another laptop to test, I was able to install the Poly Lens app without issue so I figured there was something wrong on the original laptop. When I tried again I had the same issue, I moved the USB cord to a different port on the docking station and the headset was detected by the install and the installation completed. It would be helpful if the installation reported it could not detect the headset instead of just running in the background forever.

Hi @ldcaswell Welcome to Poly HP Support Community.

Kindly download the new installable file from the below link and then try to install the application.

Plantronics hub application: PLANTRONICS HUB FOR WINDOWS/MAC Product Information | HP® Support

Poly lens application: Poly Lens Device Management App | HP® Official Site

Kindly install the Poly Lens or Plantronics Hub application in administrator mode.

Kindly try on a different PC and check if you are able to access and install the Poly Lens and Plantronics Hub applications.

If the issue still persists, I would request that you contact HP Support, and our support engineers should be able to sort this out. HP Support can be reached by clicking on the following link:.
