Hi all,

I bought a new USB adapter for my Voyager 4320 UC,  but it doesn't pair via the Web App.

The Poly initially came with an USB-C adapter, but due to availibilty of connection slots an USB-A must be used now. 

Voyager start message (Battery high, no phone is connected)

Adapter flashes blue and red when trying to pair a new device via the web app, so also working in general.

Software version adapter 0.0.852.4310

Due to having a business PC downloading of additional software is not possible.
