Voyager 4310 M UC USB-A
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have had this headset for about 6 months and have had no issues.  All of a sudden, I am unable to connect to Lens Control Service.   I am using this headset on a personal computer for work.  Windows 10 Pro, 64-bit.  The headset still works, but I am unable to view the headset information on Lens Desktop.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I’m sorry to hear about the issue you're experiencing with the Poly Lens application. I completely understand how important it is to have the application working smoothly, and I’m here to help you get it back on track.
 

To begin troubleshooting, I kindly recommend reinstalling the Poly Lens application on your PC. You can do so by following the link below:

Poly Lens Device Management App | HP® India
 

To further isolate the issue, if possible, please try using the Poly Lens application on a different PC to see if the problem persists.
 

As an alternative, you may also consider using the Plantronics Hub application to manage your headset settings. You can download it using the following link:

If the issue still persists, I would request you contact our HP Support, and our Support Engineers should be able to sort this out. HP Support can be reached by clicking on the following link.
