I have an issue with some EncorePro 520, when I use this headset for work, the audio catches the background noise and the sound of my coworkers, that makes the experience from my client a bit worse since it is very noticeable, i have tried to see if there was a way to make a change using the Plantronics hub, I even used the poly lens app and tried to search for other ways or with some of its software updated, i want someone to help me be able to do some changes to lower the sensitivity, can someone give me any idea of what to do?

Hi @eduardo42 Welcome to Poly HP Support Community.  

 

The headset has a noise-canceling microphone. The next-generation custom microphone reduces background noise and interference, ensuring fewer missed words and a better caller experience.

 

Kindly follow the troubleshooting steps below and test the headset:

1. Verify and ensure the headset microphone boom is aligned correctly. Align the the headset boom with your mouth.
2. Verify and update firmware of the headset using the Poly Lens application.
3. Reset the headset using the Poly Lens application.
