Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a Voyager 4320 headset connected to the BT700 dongle. I'm using it with Skype for Business but I can't get the centre call button to take/end calls. All it does is beep. All other buttons work as advertised.

I've downloaded the Poly Lens software, updated my firmware, reset the headset but to no avail.

I used to have  Jabra Evolve 65 and this just connected up and worked, not so this and this is a much nicer device.

I've read advice for other situations where you point people to a Buttons tab in the Lens software - such a tab no longer exists.

Any idea what I can do?

Please set Skype for Business as the target softphone within the Poly Lens application.

Thanks Salmsn

I'll try this on Monday when I'm back in the office. I've already tried both Skype soft phones in the Lens app but it made no difference, so I'll give the Plantronics software a try. Incidentally what does this have to do with the Voyager headset?

Hello again Salman

Unfortunately none of those solutions worked. The softphone was already set in the Poly Lens app and there is a green tick against Lync/Skype

Screenshot 2024-10-01 140024.jpgThe Plantronics installer does not install. I click it and nothing happens. I tried running as Admin and the same. Is the link out of date?

The volume has also randomly started to change too. I take the headset off and put it on the desk and a few minutes later the Windows volume indicator appears and it decreases on its own. But that's something for another time.

Thank you for the information @Ifihadahifi

I appreciate your willingness to troubleshoot! If possible, could you try connecting the headset to a different PC? Additionally, if you’re using a docking station, please remove it and connect the headset directly to the computer. This might help us resolve the issue more effectively. Thank you for your cooperation!

If the issue still persists. I would request that you contact HP Support to get the headset replaced if it is under warranty, and our support engineers should be able to sort this out. HP Support can be reached by clicking on the following link:
