We have Voyager FOCUS2 series with Cisco phone connected.
Sometimes we have sudden issue of the headset continuously ringing without incoming calls.
For a quick solution, we are doinga  power-cycle cut.
Is there any permanent solution?

I’m sorry to hear about the difficulties you’re experiencing with your Voyager Focus 2 UC headset. I understand how essential it is to have your headset functioning properly, and please follow the troubleshooting steps below to help address the problem:
 

  1. Update the Firmware: Kindly verify and update the headset's firmware using the Poly Lens application on your PC.
  2. Test with a Different Device: Please try using the headset with a different phone to help isolate the issue.
  3. Reset Sensors: You can disable or reset the headset sensors using the Poly Lens application.
  4. Factory Reset: Lastly, if the issue persists, try resetting the headset using the Poly Lens application.
