Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello everyone,

 

I have a audio 655 USB headset.

I really like this product but I felt that this head set has noise or sound distortion when sound level is low.

I tried below

1. install and uninstall all driver.

2. execute troubleshoot

3. on and off Microsoft spiral speaker.

4. I install poly hub (nothing special)

Please give me some advice for solving low sound level noise or distortion
