Recently I've been having problems with my C3220 headset. It started disconnecting from my Windows system and instead showed "connecting USB audio," drastically reducing audio quality. I tried finding drivers to see if they were outdated, but when I downloaded Plantronics Hub, it didn't even recognize the headphone jack. I've tried everything in Device Manager, but nothing has worked. I don't know what else to do since I can't even download the driver anymore.
