Hi @Abdelrahmant , Welcome to Poly HP Support Community.

Unfortunately, the call-answer button cannot be disabled individually. Please refer to the headset guide and the Poly Lens application for further information.

We have headset Plantronics c3225 blackwire not C3300

I understand that there may be no settings in the app to achieve this, however is there a registry key in windows 11 that can be modified to change the behavior of the disconnect button?

HP Recommended

I found this via Chat GPT, I am not a technical person, please can someone have a look at this and let me know if it is possible to implement and block the disconnect button on the headset.

Steps to Use AutoHotkey:

  1. Download and Install AutoHotkey: AutoHotkey
  2. Create a Script:
    • Open Notepad and write a script to block specific key inputs.
    • Example script to disable a key:
      autohotkey
      Copy code
#IfWinActive ahk_class [Your Headset's Window Class] SCnnn::Return ; Replace SCnnn with the scan code of the button
  3. Save the Script: Save it with a .ahk extension.
  4. Run the Script: Right-click the script file and select "Run Script."

Identifying Button Scancodes:

To identify the scan code of the button you want to disable, you can use the following method within AutoHotkey:

  1. Create a New Script:
    autohotkey
    Copy code
    #InstallKeybdHook #Persistent KeyHistory
  2. Run the Script: This will open a window displaying keypress history.
  3. Press the Button: Press the button on your headset, and the key history window will display the scan code.

The Plantronics C3225 is included in the Plantronics Backwire 3300 series. However, the option to disable the answer button is not available.
