I am using poly headphones with serial number G28JR8.
And the model number is BW3320-M USB-A. That sound doesn't go out

1. Firmware Update: Kindly verify and update the firmware of the headset using the Poly Lens application on your PC.

2. Default Settings: Ensure that the headset is set as the default device in both your PC settings and the softphone application.

3. Reset the Headset: Use the Poly Lens application to reset your headset. This can help restore its functionality.
