I am having significant issues with my Poly devices. They keep beeping intermittently, with varying numbers of beeps, regardless of whether they are connected to a phone, other devices, or a laptop. When connected to a laptop, the notification says "mutting on" and then "mutting off" continuously turns on and off, making the devices unusable.
This issue started after a recent software update, and it persists even after updating the headsets to the latest software. We have purchased around 50 Poly devices, and all of them are experiencing this problem.
I have tried troubleshooting steps suggested in previous posts, such as turning the devices on and off, resetting them to defaults, and checking the operating system. However, these solutions have not resolved the issue.
I am extremely frustrated by this ongoing problem, as it has caused significant inconvenience and financial loss.

As you tried all the troubleshooting steps provided in the previous posts and the issue still persists, I would request you to contact our technical support team once again so that they can assist you with a replacement if the headsets are under warranty.
