HP Recommended
Product: HP Pavilion All-in-One - 27-n200nl
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The video card AMD Radeon R7 A360 do not work, I disabled it because the computer crashes and freezes.
The driver is updated but has never worked
I have the PC 5/6 years

I think that video card is not compatible

do you have any suggestions?
