HP Recommended
Product: HP Pro 3010 Microtower PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

 

After restart, the pc shows the start screen but no arrow from the mouse on any of the USB ports.

under set-up the keyboard is functioning and the USB ports are all shown as ENABLED.

how can I control the pc again?
