Product: HP 32f 31.5-Inch Display
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I just finished setting up my new monitor, the HP 32f 31.5-inch (product #6XJ00AA) and have been having trouble getting sound to come out through the monitor. I opted to use my VGA cable during the set up since it was already attached to the tower instead of the HDMI but I didn't think that would have caused these audio issues. I have been looking online but have not found anything that says that you can't get audio through the monitor like other monitors but I also haven't found any solutions to my problem.

 

I can hear audio when I plug in a pair of headphones to my tower but that is not something I want to do while I am gaming online or watching movies. If anyone has a solution, I'm all ears.
