Product: HP All-in-One 24-f0135

I've run diagnostic tests on the computer and my Realtek speakers are working fine, except when I'm on Zoom and the other party is sharing music or video... then the sound is crackling and muffled, and the video lags.  The problem seems to have started after a recent update.  Please help.
