HP Recommended
ProDesk 600 G4 MT
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I intend to format my drive and install a clean version of Windows 10.

The HP Boot Menu (F9) is empty.  It does not even list the HDD, DVDRW, or network boot options.  Without pressing F9, the computer boots to the factory installation of Windows.

I have tried:

  1. Upgraded BIOS to latest version
  2. Main - Apply Factory Defaults and Exit
  3. Security - Reset Security Settings to Factory Defaults
  4. Cleared TPM
  5. Reset Secure Boot Keys to Factory defaults
  6. Confirmed: Legacy Support Disable and Secure Boot Enable
  7. Confirmed: Boot options - CD-ROM Boot, USB Storage Boot, and Network Boot are all available
  8. Booted from my USB Boot Media on other ProDesk 600 MT computers

On my other ProDesk 600 MT computers, I see a list of options in the Boot Menu (F9):

UEFI - Windows Boot Manager

UEFI - SanDisk Ultra (my boot media)

UEFI - hp ... DVDRW

UEFI N/W - IPV4 Network ...

UEFI N/W - IPV6 Network ...

Boot from File

Why does BIOS not list any devices in Boot Menu (F9)?
