Hi everyone. I have a PC that i am attempting to update the characters in the field "Product Name". The most current bios revision is installed. However, when i attempt to update the name, i dont receive an error. The app thinks it updates, but it doesnt:

/Getvalue statement

<BIOSCONFIG Version="" Computername="ck1trnsurv01" Date="2018/11/26" Time="15:35:22" UTC="-5">
        <SETTING changeStatus="pass" name = "Product Name" returnCode="0">
                <VALUE><![CDATA[Philips rp5810 Desktop∟↔▲▼]]></VALUE>
        </SETTING>
        <SUCCESS msg="No errors occurred" />
        <Information msg="BCU return value" real="0" translated="0" />
</BIOSCONFIG>
cmd exited on ck1trnsurv01 with error code 0.

/Setvalue statement

<BIOSCONFIG Version="" Computername="ck1trnsurv01" Date="2018/11/26" Time="15:37:08" UTC="-5">
        <SETTING changeStatus="pass" name="Product Name" returnCode="0">
                <OLDVALUE><![CDATA[Philips rp5810 Desktop∟↔▲▼]]></OLDVALUE>
                <VALUE><![CDATA[Philips rp5810 Desktop]]></VALUE>
        </SETTING>
        <SUCCESS msg="No errors occurred" />
        <Information msg="BCU return value" real="0" translated="0" />
</BIOSCONFIG>
cmd exited on ck1trnsurv01 with error code 0.

However when i reboot, the old name stays.... ive tried different bios update versions, no luck.

I also have other pc's with a previous revision of sw (that i cant doungrade to any longer), that update just fine..
