ENVY 360
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I purchased an Envy 360 laptop last week. I am unable to connect my Sony wi-fi headphones (LE-WH-CH-700N) to my laptop, despite the fact that the "recording" on my headphones says "blue tooth connected" and the device manager showing that the headphones are paired.  I have checked for driver updates.

The HP Audio Switch Speakers icon has a checkmark next to "Internal speakers," while the HeadPhones (is greyed out) with a message "not connected.

I have checked all drivers, and they indicate they are current. I *think* the issue is something with Bang and Olufsen, but I am unable to change any of those settings.

I have worked on this issue for almost a week now. I called HP support and told it was a hardware issue and the I would have to pay a tech to get the question answered because the issue I was having was not a "hardware issue."

I am looking for a post-Christmas miracle as I want to watch movies on my laptop with my great Sony headphones!

Below are screenshots that I thought might (or might not!) help.

As an update, I tried EACH of the suggested options below, and none of them worked.

Headphones are now at least recognized, but states they are not plugged in. Headphones are wi-fi should not require to be plugged in. Matter of fact headphones doesn't even have the ability to plug in. UGH.
