HP Recommended
Product: HP Pavilion 500-320qe CTO Desktop PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When I try to listen to podcasts on iTunes, I receive an error message saying "iTunes has detected incompatible Bluetooth software on your computer and may not run correctly." I cannot use iTunes.

 

I searched for a solution and went to MS for an answer. I followed their directions and removed Bluetooth using the Device Manager. Then I restarted and Bluetooth reinstalled. However, it had no result, in that I get the same error message.

 

What can I do now?
