HP DreamColor Z31x Studio Display
macOS 10.15 Catalina

I have a newly purchased HP DreamColor Z31x Studio Display.  It has a built-in hardware color calibrator.  I've followed the directions and began calibrating my display (in the dark without any external sources of light and with the display being powered on for longer than 45 minutes) and the results when completed always shift towards an unusable blue tint.

I am a working professional photojournalist so I need this display to be incredibly color accurate but I am unsure of how to resolved this issue.  Can this be fixed with a firmware update or is this a faulty unit that needs to be returned?

Any help from a z31x owner or a HP support expert would be appreciated!
