i5 4600
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

ill buy this product yesterday and i connect all the plug of my monitor and usb cable of camera.. then i open my PC i5 4600 and become black and said

It states Current mode: h=72.4khz V=60hz

Change Mode to: 1920 x 1080 60Hz

 

i remove the Cable port the my display become normal , i change my resolution to 1920 x 1080 again but no cable of camera port attach and i check camera and saw this..

hp.png and i Plug in the port then i hear bllep twice ( i think it means i connect the cable port ) then black again and said 

It states Current mode: h=72.4khz V=60hz

Change Mode to: 1920 x 1080 60Hz

 

I wonder what is the problem??, i dont have ang graphics card attach my Graphic is

Generic Non-PnP Monitor (1920x1080@60Hz)
Intel HD Graphics 4600 (LG Electronics)

 

is it my CPU is not compatible to monitor or i need to do something?? i already update the Driver of all on Device manager and all not working ,, i Turn off and On the Monitor power then the issue said

 

Cable: connected

Display port: not connected 

VGA; connected

 

then back to black  said

so as of now i unplug the camera usb cable to use my computer..

 

any help or advice to use my camera thanks for the help HP team!
