Product: Pavilion 24-r114
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have had an All-In-One for around 9 to 10 months now, and it has been a rather large pain for the last half year, steadily getting worse. On occasion it will turn on simply by plugging it in without pressing the button, and most other times it will only turn on after pressing the power button near a hundred times. I had contacted support once before, but updating the BIOS did not change a thing. Any other ideas on what it might be? Thank you.
