Product: Compaq Elite 8300 Ultra Slim
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi!

I have a problem with the DVD device on this little machine. For some reason it does not function. When I changed the CMOS battery its indicator lighted up for a bit, but after that it doesn't turn on and BIOS does not recognize it. As soon as I connect a DVD drive from my old laptop it works fine. What seems to be the problem in your opinion?
